Kleine Kuppe, Windhoek, Namibia

This project entails the development of a high density residential village for 154 households. Care was taken to balance off the hardscape of  vehicular driveways and pedestrian walkways with green corridors that essentially provides for relief in this otherwise densely packed development. The units are designed as duplexes with the lounge, dining and kitchen areas located on ground floor, while the private spaces comprising either  two or three bedrooms  bedrooms with one bathroom en-suite and a second bathroom are located on the upper floor. The garages provided for are either a single garage for the two bedroom unit or a double garage for the bigger units. 


The project was separated in three phases of around 50 units each, with commencement of the phases dependent on sales and budget availability of the developers and financiers. The first batch of 53 units have almost been completed.
